Hi guys!

A little update:
Just to let you know, d3portal has never been posting a lot. It's because the website will be a lot more active once the game is released. Unlike other "news" oriented diablo 3 websites, d3portal is a website that will contain all the downloads you can think of concerning diablo 3 as well as tutorials on how to create various programs to use with d3.

If you feel like talking about d3, then go ahead and use the forum. If you don't, simply bookmark this website because it will come very handy once the game is released.

Let's hope blizzard gives us d3 asap !

The new female monk concept has been released.

You can take a look at the new updated page on Blizzard's website: http://us.blizzard.com/diablo3/characters/monk.xml

It's been a long time since the last post. It's not because I'm not updating the website anymore, but because Blizzard did not make any interesting announcement in the last couple of weeks...

Bashiok, Diablo III's Community Manager, just confirmed that there will be PVP in D3, without further information. It isn't a surprise, but it's good to have a confirmation.

Blizzard released some screenshots of the User Interface (UI). I posted them in the "Screenshots Gallery".

Personally, I like all the bottom part where we have the health and mana orbs, the exp. bar as well as the skills bar. I also think the skill-tree screen is just fine. On the other hand, I really don't like the inventory screen.

When the first images of Diablo 3 were released, I wasn't part of the group of people which thought that it was too WoW-like, but now I really have to say that I don't like what I'm seeing. I don't know exactly what's wrong with those screenshots. It just seems like it's not real, as if it was from a cartoon.

Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe I was simply expecting something else. I'll give Blizzard a little more time to post more screenshots and maybe I'll get used to the new inventory screen. But as for now, I have to say it feels kind of weird.

What do you guys think?

I have designed a WebApp that you can use on your iPhone or iPod Touch. You can get all the Diablo III info you need directly to your iPod.

If you have an iPod Touch or iPhone, you should really get this App because we have a lot of news coming very soon! We may even have a new character announcement coming within a few weeks!

I have made a video explaining how it works:

I have seen a few sites like vgchartz.com that claimed that Diablo III would be released on December 24. They are (obviously) wrong. No announcement regarding a release date should be taken seriously unless it is from Blizzard (or a trusted source like d3portal  Roll Eyes Cheesy. Not that I don't want diablo 3 to be released, but we have to be realistic. The game is not even close to be ready for BETA.

Before we all wait for Diablo III to come out,  lets get our hands on the new Diablo 2 patch annouced by Blizzard (1.13) !

Hi all,

I think this information can be useful for you. If you plan to get your website, here is one good free web hosting provider I found - 000webhost.com

I am using them for a DJ website and I have never seen any downtime.

They provide hosting absolutely free. You get 1500 MB of disk space and 100 GB bandwidth. They also have cPanel control panel which is amazing and easy to use website builder. Moreover, there is no any kind of advertising on your pages (but they allow you to put publicity on your pages if you want to make money).

Imagine making money from publicity (e.g. using Google adsense) on a server that is totally free !

You can register here: http://www.000webhost.com/ for free, and it will give d3portal a small amount of money, thus helping to pay our servers fee (which aren't free). What do you have to lose ? It's free, try it !

Register now and get it all free:
